Ingredients
- 1/2 Kg Spinach (washed), finely chopped
- 2 Potatoes (peeled and chopped), boiled
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 2 medium-size tomato
- 2 medium-size onion
- 2-3 red chilies
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4-5 garlic finely chopped
- Salt as per taste
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and add cumin and Red Chillies.
- When they begin to darken, add the garlic, and onion, till light brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and add a pinch of salt, cook until tomato become soft.
- Keeping the heat on high, add the chopped spinach and potato and salt and mix well.
- Continue to cook over high heat till the spinach is tender and excess water has dried.
