Sprouted Moong Salad

Sprouted Moong Dal SaladIngredients 

  • 2 cup boiled sprouted moong
  • 1 medium-size chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 medium-size chopped onions
  • 2 finely chopped green chilies
  • 1/2 tsp black salt
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Method 

  • To make sprouted moong salad, combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  • Serve the sprouted moong salad.
